Manufactured from asphalt and modified with elastic & thermoplastic polymers. The membranes are torch-applied or self-adhesive used for a wide range of waterproofing applications such as roofs, foundations, basements, retaining walls, roof gardens, and more.
APP Modified Membranes
LAMAs’ APP Modified Bitumen membranes are plastomeric waterproofing membranes, manufactured from a rich mixture of bitumen and selected polymers (Atactic Poly Propylene) blended together to obtain excellent heat and UV resistance and waterproofing properties. The polymerized bitumen is coated on a dimensionally stable reinforcement carrier of non-woven spun-bond polyester or fiberglass rot-proof fabric.
SBS Modified Membranes
LAMAs’ SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified roofing membranes are reinforced with a polyester carrier mat offering superior flexibility, tensile strength, and dimensional stability. Due to SBS’s to its rubber composition, the membrane is less prone to cracking and sustaining damage from elements like ice and sun.
Bituminous Protection Boards
Bituminous Protection Boards are the very top layer applied on top of the waterproofing system to protect against damage, keeping the system safe and effective.
